As our Technical Writer and Publisher, you’ll be crucial in bridging the gap between our complex technologies and our users. You’ll be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing a wide range of technical documentation that is accurate, easy to understand, and visually appealing.

Requirements

• Developing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, including articles, landing page content, guides, FAQs, etc
• Collaborating closely with managers, instructors, developers, and support teams to gather information and understand product functionalities.
• Managing the publication process, including formatting, layout, and publishing documentation across different platforms (e.g., web portals, socials, in-app).
• Translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly language for various target audiences, Continuously improving documentation based on user feedback and product updates.
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established style guides and branding guidelines across all documentation.
• Conducting peer reviews of other technical writers’ work and incorporating feedback
