    Learning Materials & Documentation:

    • All course materials, including live video lectures, notes, and documentation, Assignment, Test, and Exam are the intellectual property of dGlobalIT.
    • Students cannot copy, distribute, or resell course materials without permission.

    Certification:

    • Certificates will be issued upon successful course completion and assessment.
    • Misrepresentation of course completion may lead to disqualification.

    Refund & Cancellation:

    • Refunds are only applicable within 5 days of enrollment if no major course content has been accessed.
    • We do not offer refunds for partially completed courses.
  4. Job Opportunities & Career Services
    • We provide job listings, freelance gigs, and networking opportunities for students.
    • We do not guarantee job placement but assist in skill development and career readiness.
    • Users must provide truthful resumes and qualifications when applying for jobs through our platform.
  5. Software Solutions & Custom Development
    • We build and deploy software solutions for businesses and clients.
    • Clients must provide detailed requirements before project commencement.
    • Payment structures (milestone-based or full payment) will be agreed upon before development begins.
    • We retain intellectual property rights unless stated otherwise in a separate contract.
  6. Consulting & Cybersecurity Services
    • Our consultancy covers areas like software development, system architecture, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
    • Consulting fees vary based on the complexity and duration of the project.
    • Any recommendations or reports provided are strictly for the client's use and should not be shared publicly.
  7. Vulnerability Assessments & Penetration Testing
    • We offer ethical hacking, security audits, and vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses.
    • Clients must provide written consent before any security testing begins.
    • We will not be responsible for security breaches occurring due to client negligence post-assessment.
    • Clients are responsible for implementing our security recommendations.

    • Clients must comply with licensing agreements for the use of our products.
    • Unauthorized resale or modification of our products is prohibited.

    • All payments for courses, services, and solutions must be made via approved payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, crypto, etc.).
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but existing users will not be affected within an active subscription period.
