Mida’s approach combines technology with empathy, utilizing data analytics and machine learning to create customized repayment plans and improve borrower-lender relationships. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team and help bring our brand, products, and client communications to life. The Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital, print, and product platforms. This includes branding, marketing campaigns, product UI/UX enhancements, and client-facing presentations. The ideal candidate is versatile, innovative, and able to translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling designs that align with Mida’s brand identity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or digital product design. Excellent sense of typography, colour, and layout.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (branding, UI, digital campaigns).
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and juggle multiple projects.
- Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS design (preferred but not mandatory).
